Tim has a Bachelor's of Science in (K-8 Elementary Education, K-12 Special Education, Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, and Structured English Immersion).  Masters experience equivalent  in School Administration and has studied in a Phd program in Constitutional Law.
